Shipping policy

All work is packed and dispatched from the studio in the United Kingdom. We ship worldwide.

Processing times

Fine art prints are fulfilled within 3–5 working days of your order being placed. Original paintings are dispatched within 5–7 working days once your order is confirmed. Commissioned work is arranged individually and a guide date is agreed with you before work begins.

Delivery times

Once dispatched, UK orders typically arrive within 2–3 working days. International delivery times vary by destination and customs handling, and typically take 7–21 working days. These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size of the piece. Fine art prints ship at a flat rate within the United Kingdom. International rates are shown in full before you pay, so there are no charges added after checkout.

Tracking

Every order is sent on a tracked service. Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details.

Packaging and insurance

Fine art prints are sent either flat in rigid board-backed packaging or rolled in protective tubes, depending on size. Original paintings are wrapped, corner-protected and boxed, and are sent fully insured for their purchase value.

Customs, duties and import taxes

Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in the price you pay at checkout and are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check your country's import rules before ordering, as we cannot refund orders refused at customs.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately and we will amend it if the order has not yet been dispatched.

Lost or damaged deliveries

Please inspect your order on arrival. If a piece arrives damaged, or if your tracking has not updated for an extended period, contact us straight away with your order number and photographs where relevant, and we will resolve it with the carrier and put it right.
